Welcome to our little paradise! We’re thrilled that you’re interested in our services. Before we embark on this journey together, let us briefly inform you about some general provisions that apply to all contracts mentioned below: – all laid-back and hassle-free!
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that our agreements are clear and understandable. If any provision of this contract is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the remaining provisions remain fully valid. The parties undertake to replace the ineffective provision with a legally effective regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision.
For Accommodations:
Your satisfaction and smooth proceedings are our goals. Greek law applies to these agreements. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is agreed to be Kalamata (GR).
For All Other Services:
Your satisfaction and smooth proceedings are our goals here too. Swiss law applies to these agreements. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is agreed to be Berne (CH).

Welcome to our little paradise! We’re thrilled that you’re interested in staying with us. Before we embark on this journey together, let us briefly explain how our contract and payment terms work – all laid-back and hassle-free!
The contract between you as the tenant and us as the landlord is sealed once we confirm your inquiry in writing electronically. After all, we want to make sure everything runs smoothly before we sweeten our time together!
We can’t wait to welcome you soon! To officially seal the deal, a small deposit of 20% will be due once we have everything in place. You can comfortably settle the remaining amount up to one week before your stay.
We want you to feel completely at home without worrying about hidden costs. That’s why we’ve already included the utility costs in the rental price – so your stay is stress-free and worry-free!
Electricity, firewood, heating, and everything else – it’s all included, and you can truly make yourself at home. No counting kilowatt-hours or firewood logs; just relax and enjoy!
Of course, we also want to keep your wallets happy. Only the additional costs not included in the rental price will be settled at the end of your stay. That way, you have full control and can look forward to your journey back home with ease.
One more thing: Government charges such as tourist taxes are usually not included in the rental price. But even there, we keep it chill – we’ll gladly provide you with all the info you need to be well-prepared.
So kick back, relax, and let us take care of the rest! We’re determined to make your vacation an unforgettable experience, and we’ll put all our effort into making it happen.
Flawless Condition – That’s How We Roll: Our accommodations are lovingly maintained and handed over to you in sparkling clean and impeccable condition. However, if you happen to notice anything that’s not quite as expected, no worries! Just let us know right away, and we’ll take care of it – after all, we want you to feel completely comfortable during your stay!
Time is Money – Punctuality, Please! Punctuality isn’t just a virtue; it’s also crucial for a smooth start to your vacation. If, for any reason, you’re delayed or unable to take over the rental property, the rental price is still owed. Let’s have an unforgettable time together and get into vacation mode right on time!
Smoke-Free & Pet-Loving – A Happy Atmosphere: We want all our guests to enjoy a pleasant and smoke-free environment. That’s why Aldafina is a smoke-free zone, and we appreciate your understanding. By the way, our landlord team also includes a loving dog and a playful cat. They take loving care of the house and the surroundings when we’re not around. Who could resist their charm?
Our rental property is a little paradise, and we all want to enjoy it to the fullest. So, we kindly ask you to treat it with care, follow the house rules, and show consideration for each other. After all, good vibes make the world go round!
Oops, Accidents Happen – Just Let Us Know! If a little mishap occurs or something gets damaged, no worries! Just give us a heads-up right away, and we’ll take care of it. The sooner, the better!
One Plus One Makes Two – Maximum Number of Guests: Our rental property is cozy but limited in space. Therefore, it should only be occupied by the maximum number of guests agreed upon in the contract.
Subletting, unfortunately, is not allowed – we want to know who’s staying with us.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work – All Hands on Deck: You guys are the dream team, and we’re counting on you! Each roommate should adhere to the rules of this contract so we can all have a fantastic time together.
Kids in Action – Happy Kids, Happy Life: Kids bring joy and laughter to the house, but they also come with responsibility. That’s why they’re in your care, dear parents and guardians. Let’s make sure they are well-supervised and can feel right at home.
Safety First – Insurance and Responsibility: Your safety matters to us! Please make sure to have private health, travel, accident, and injury insurance to be fully covered. We want you to feel relaxed and worry-free during your stay with us!
Water, the elixir of life – In most regions of Greece, there are no sewage treatment plants. Aldafina’s sewage treatment facility consists of a very large septic tank where wastewater accumulates and should eventually self-purify through the action of bacteria and enzymes. Therefore, we kindly request that you use environmentally friendly and biodegradable washing and care products that will enter Aldafina’s wastewater. The Aldafina Organic Farm appreciates your cooperation. – In return, you will receive wonderful spring water from 135m deep, revitalized and purified by Mother Earth.
Time flies, and before you know it, your stay is coming to an end – but don’t worry, we’ll make the check-out process smooth sailing:
It’s been a blast having you here! Please make sure to return the rental property on time and in the same neat condition as when you received it. We trust that you’ve treated our little paradise with care.
Oops, a Little Mishap? No Worries! If something accidentally got damaged or is missing, rest assured we’ll sort it out together. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll always find a solution!
Life throws curveballs sometimes, and that’s totally fine! We’re here to make the process as hassle-free as possible so you can kick back and relax:
If your travel plans need a little shake-up, we totally get it. Here are our easy-peasy cancellation conditions:
– Up to 42 days before arrival: No worries, just a small processing fee of EUR 50.
– 41 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
– 9 to 0 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
A Backup Player in the Game – You’ve Got Options: You can suggest a replacement tenant – how cool is that? The new tenant should be cool with us and financially reliable. They’ll take over the contract under the same conditions, and both you and the new tenant are responsible for the rental fee.
Timing is Everything – Message Arrival: To keep things fair, the time when we receive your cancellation message counts. If it’s a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the clock starts ticking on the next business day.
Early Goodbyes – Cutting Your Stay Short: If you leave earlier than planned, we’ll miss you, but the full rental fee remains due.
Safety First – Cancellation Insurance: We recommend getting cancellation insurance to play it safe. This is on you to arrange, and we just want to make sure you’re covered and feeling secure.
Life and Mother Nature sometimes throw us a curveball, but no worries – we’ve got a plan to make the best out of every situation:
If an act of nature (yes, those unpredictable things like natural disasters or official measures) messes with our rental plans, we’ve got a secret weapon. We can offer you an equally awesome replacement property – no extra charge. Our goal is to ensure your stay remains unforgettable, no matter what!
Fair Play – Returning Amounts Paid: If things go sideways and we can’t provide the service as planned, we’ll refund the amount you’ve already paid – no further claims involved. We want you to feel well taken care of with us, no matter what comes our way.
We’ve Got Your Back! Our reservation game is on point, and we’re here to make things smooth. Your satisfaction is our aim, and we’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you have an amazing time with us.
No Fuss Over Minor Bumps! When it comes to damages, we play fair: For everything except personal injuries, our liability is limited to twice the rent. Unless, of course, there’s clear, gross negligence or intent involved. We’re only human, after all – and we make mistakes too.
Nobody’s Perfect! Let’s be honest: We can’t take the blame for every hiccup caused by others. We’re not liable for things we couldn’t foresee or prevent – whether it’s due to force majeure, the actions of third parties, or unforeseeable circumstances.
We’re a Team – and Teamwork Rocks! Please watch your step and be mindful of your surroundings! For damages caused by you or your fellow residents, you’re on the hook. It’s nothing personal, just a fair arrangement. We assume everyone’s looking out for themselves.

This document lays out all the specifics about the treatments, therapies, or coaching sessions you’re interested in during your stay or visit at Aldafina and on a voluntary basis. It’s all here to make sure you know exactly what to expect.
Our services are customized to your individual needs and goals. Whether it’s treatments, therapies, or coaching – we’re here to ensure you get what you need. The nature and duration of the meetings are determined in advance.
Usually, you’ll pay either before or right after you’ve enjoyed our services – whichever works best for you. If you have any special requests, just let us know, and we’ll find a solution together.
Your privacy is paramount to us. Anything discussed during our treatments, therapies, or coaching sessions stays between us. We won’t share any information with third parties unless legally required.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. When you schedule an appointment, please be on time. If you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know in advance. For last-minute cancellations, there might be a cancellation fee.
Our services are designed to support you and help you reach your goals. However, we don’t take responsibility for indirect damages or lost profits. Of course, we’re fully accountable in cases of gross negligence or intent.
The contract duration is agreed upon verbally in advance and depends on the duration of the provided service. This means that the contract is in effect as long as we are providing services for you.

What is the subject of this contract?
This contract applies to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs through our online shop or through local sales.
Who are consumers and entrepreneurs?
Consumers are natural persons who enter into transactions for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or legal partnerships with legal capacity who act in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
Note for entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses their own deviating or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby contradicted. They will only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
Who is our contracting partner?
The purchase agreement is concluded with the sole proprietorship Aldafina.
How is the contract formed?
By showcasing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially add our products to your shopping cart without any obligation and correct your information before submitting your binding order at any time by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Right after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
What about written orders or local transactions?
The contract is also concluded with a written order for the goods (when the order arrives at Aldafina) or, in the case of a local transaction, verbally.
We deliver at cost (the current fees of the delivery company) within Switzerland and Europe. Any taxes and charges are to be paid by the buyer.
Your satisfaction is our priority! That’s why we guarantee that the products we deliver to you are free from defects and meet the agreed specifications. You have the right to inspect the products. If, despite our careful attention, any defects arise, you can report them within a reasonable period after delivery.
We want to make things convenient for you, so we offer various payment methods:
In-store Purchase:
You can pay in cash, through Twinnt or Revolut.
E-Shop (when available):
– Prepayment:
For prepayment, we’ll provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receiving your payment.
– Credit Card:
When you place your order, you’ll provide your credit card details. After being verified as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be automatically processed, and your card will be charged.
– PayPal:
During the order process, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you need to be registered there or register first. You’ll authenticate with your credentials and confirm the payment instruction to us. After completing your order in the shop, we’ll initiate the payment transaction through PayPal. It will be automatically processed by PayPal immediately afterward. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process.
You are our valuable customers, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Consumers have the legal right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal policy. Please take a look at it so that you know exactly how to proceed in case of a withdrawal. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
Your order is important to us, and we want to ensure that everything is fair. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment is made. This applies to both consumers and entrepreneurs. For entrepreneurs, the following also applies: We retain ownership of the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been settled. You are allowed to resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; all claims arising from this resale are assigned to us in advance in the amount of the invoice amount, regardless of whether the reserved goods are connected or mixed with a new item. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect the claims ourselves if you fail to meet your payment obligations.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. In this context, liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected products. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality products that you can rely on.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that everything goes smoothly. If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and immediately contact us. The omission of a complaint or contact does not impact your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
